“Blurred”
Safe shutter speed is defined as making images sharp and objects in focus. After I learned how to use it, I wondered about the effects of slow shutter speed. Slow shutter speed can document the slow-motion of objects. For instance, the illustration of blurred is a black and white photography work that focuses on movement in a place. This project was created and produced in Flushing, Queens. This area is usually described as a bustling NYC neighborhood. I set the camera on the tripod and use slow shutter speed which reveals the movement of people and the hustle and bustle of the city.
